UnDimGrand English Learning Centre provides English language education services including:

3. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

4. Course Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Course Registration
Course enrollment is subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
4.2 Payment Terms
- All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed
- Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Course fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy
4.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify course prices at any time. Price changes will not affect courses already paid for.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Student Cancellation
- More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
- After course commencement: No refund for remaining sessions
5.2 Our Cancellation Rights
We may cancel or postpone courses due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Instructor unavailability
- Circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.
6. Student Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to:
- Attend classes punctually and regularly
- Inform us of any absences in advance
- Participate actively and respectfully in classes
- Complete assigned homework and exercises
- Respect other students and instructors
- Follow all center policies and procedures
- Not record classes without explicit permission
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful learning environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
- Disrupting classes or other students' learning
- Using inappropriate language or content
- Sharing course materials without permission
- Engaging in academic dishonesty
Violation of our code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
